The textbook Fetal Heart Monitoring Principles & Practices 6th Ed e-book price $64.95 or hardcopy $76.95 is the reference material for the course and test. It can NOT be purchased as a replacement for the required resource above, it is required that you have access (ie; this can be borrowed from work, colleague, rented online etc.) to this text for the course and the exam. Chapters 10 and 11 will prepare you for our class and assist with successful completion of the advanced FM test if needed. AWHONN Course Fees
AWHONN Course fees are subject to change based on the location, a private program at your facility or registering for an upcoming course. Email me at perinatalmentor@gmail.com for more details on those options.
Instructor Fee: $150, registration is non-refundable and can be transferred to next available course only. Cancellations or transfers must be made 48 hours prior to start of the course or all fees are forfeited. If charges are disputed as fraud this will result in legal action from my attorney.

This course expands on the knowledge and physiological principles presented in the AWHONN Intermediate FM Course. This course uses a case study approach to focus on the analysis of maternal-fetal physiology related to complex clinical information and fetal heart rate tracings. The course emphasizes the physiology of fetal-maternal oxygenation, the interpretation of tracings, the selection of clinical interventions, and perinatal risk-management principles.
7 nursing contact hours/7CME credit available through January 31, 2025 (0.75 hours may be used towards pharmacology hours).
